A classical design with contemporary ambiance and convenience, this new home rests on a small knoll in sight of beautiful Gardiner's Bay. The house and pool required assiduous positioning within a difficult building envelope amid two separate wetlands and other constraints. The generous, light-filled spaces and minimalist details complement the beautiful interiors done by the owner, a professional interior designer.
