This California-style bungalow is situated on a newly acquired property adjacent to a residence I designed several years prior. The owner's vision was to join these parcels into a cohesive family compound, with the bungalow serving as a dedicated guest residence for visiting family members.

The project presented an opportunity to create architectural harmony between two distinct structures while maintaining the individual character of each building. The guest house complements the existing home's design while providing independent living quarters.
